Are you an experienced Program Manager who excels at bringing complex transformation programs, technology teams, and business stakeholders together? Trissential is seeking a Program Manager, Program Integration & Deployment to join our client’s team and help drive a large-scale enterprise re-platforming initiative centered on SAP S/4HANA.
In this highly visible role, you will coordinate integration work across Salesforce, Analytics, and other technology teams while strengthening governance, managing dependencies, and preparing the organization for successful deployment and cutover.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Program Integration Management
- Coordinate integration initiatives supporting the program across multiple internal technology teams.
- Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and workstream commitments.
- Facilitate planning and alignment across business and technology teams.
- Identify, track, and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through disciplined RAID management.
- Remove cross-team blockers and escalate critical issues when leadership intervention is required.
- Monitor overall program health and provide concise status reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
Governance & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead program governance activities, including status reviews, leadership updates, and steering committee preparation.
- Align participating teams around shared priorities, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables.
- Facilitate timely decision-making while maintaining visibility into key program objectives.
- Communicate program status, delivery risks, mitigation plans, and readiness assessments to senior stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships and influence decisions across teams without relying on direct authority.
Deployment & Cutover
- Support the planning and execution of enterprise deployment, release, and cutover activities.
- Coordinate operational and implementation readiness across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate deployment planning, contingency planning, and go-live preparation.
- Support hypercare planning and post-deployment stabilization.
- Confirm that critical dependencies and operational-readiness requirements are addressed before go-live.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10 or more years of program or project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholder groups.
- Success coordinating cross-functional dependencies, integration activities, and enterprise transformation work.
- Strong program-governance, risk-management, and executive-communication capabilities.
- Experience managing enterprise deployments, releases, cutovers, or other large-scale implementations.
- Proven ability to establish relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong hands-on experience using Jira to manage delivery, risks, dependencies, and program visibility.
- Excellent organizational, written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.If your experience aligns with most, but not every, qualification, we still encourage you to apply.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, enterprise re-platforming, modernization, or digital-transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-related programs or integration initiatives.
- Experience partnering with Analytics, Data, or Business Intelligence teams.
- Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or another large enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
Education & Certifications You Need
- A specific degree requirement has not been established for this position; equivalent, relevant experience supporting complex enterprise technology programs will be considered.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or a comparable professional certification is preferred.

- Competitive Compensation: You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $168,000–$178,000 annually or approximately $82–$92 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
