Your Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain financial governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance standards across all program workstreams.
- Build, manage, and continuously refine integrated portfolio budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights on risks, opportunities, and key cost drivers.
- Establish and maintain program financial baselines while managing funding approvals and change control processes.
- Lead month-end financial activities, reconciliations, reporting cycles, and audit readiness efforts.
- Deliver executive-level financial reporting, including budget versus actuals, run-rate analysis, contingency management, and benefits realization tracking.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making around scope, timing, staffing, and sourcing.
- Manage vendor and contract financial performance in partnership with Procurement and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Finance and Controllership teams on accounting treatment, capitalization decisions, and financial reporting standards.
- Coach and mentor a team of financial analysts while ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5-7+ years of finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and change control.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, PMOs, TPMOs, or enterprise initiatives.
- Strong expertise establishing financial governance, controls, and reporting processes across multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing portfolio budgets, forecasts, and investment tracking.
- Knowledge of ERP-led transformation programs and multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Experience supporting month-end close processes and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching analysts and finance team members.
- Advanced proficiency with financial analysis, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and enterprise financial systems.
Bonus Points If You Have
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential.
- Experience within regulated industries or asset-intensive organizations.
- Expertise in benefits realization tracking and value realization reporting.
- Prior experience supporting enterprise transformation offices (PMO, TPMO, EPMO).
- Experience working with large ERP implementations and enterprise modernization initiatives.
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or related advanced certification preferred.
