Your Role & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Drive accountability and successful execution across cross-functional teams
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Facilitate meetings, project reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder updates
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors
- Prepare and deliver executive-level project communications and status reporting
- Escalate issues, risks, and decision points when necessary to maintain delivery momentum
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and project outcomes
Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Maintain RAID logs including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Track and manage project dependencies across teams and vendors
- Support formal change control processes and governance requirements
- Drive resolution of project blockers and delivery challenges
Project Governance & Documentation
- Manage project budgets, procurement impacts, and resource allocations
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action logs
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards
- Deliver final project documentation and formal project closure activities
- Support vendor management and oversight of third-party deliverables
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of project management experience leading medium to large cross-functional projects
- Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
- Proven ability to create and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and executive communications
- Experience coordinating business, technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation abilities
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Experience working within matrixed, regulated, complex, or enterprise environments

- Competitive Compensation –$71-$81 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
