Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision‑making
  • Develop rollout guidance, operational procedures, implementation tools, and regional support documentation
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Support position costing model activities through coordination with internal business and data teams
  • Perform basic to intermediate data analysis, including Excel reporting and pivot tables, to support operational decisions
  • Drive consistent implementation and adoption approaches across multiple regional offices

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale implementation or modernization initiatives
  • Strong project and program management experience with organizational change leadership
  • Ability to work effectively in both waterfall and agile delivery environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP, payroll, workforce management, timekeeping, or financial system implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consensus‑building skills
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in complex, matrixed environments
  • Hands‑on experience developing implementation plans, rollout materials, and operational guidance
  • Basic to intermediate data analysis skills, including Excel and pivot table reporting

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working within shared‑authority or matrix governance structures

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Project or change management certifications (PMP, Prosci, SAFe, or similar) are a plus
