Your Role & Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery across the full project lifecycle
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Lead a project team of 10–15 members including developers, business analysts, and testers
- Coordinate across multiple departments and senior stakeholders
- Drive vendor management activities, including RFPs and third‑party coordination
- Oversee financial management including forecasting, accruals, and actuals vs. variance analysis
- Ensure successful deployment of packaged solutions integrated with legacy systems
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using enterprise PM tools
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5–7 years of direct project management experience
- Additional 5–10 years of PM‑adjacent experience (PMO, Business Analysis, Test Lead, etc.)
- Experience delivering projects within large, matrixed organizations
- Strong financial management skills (forecasting, variance analysis, budget tracking)
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Office 365, Confluence, and ServiceNow/SPM
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels
Bonus Points If You Have
- Utility or energy industry experience
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Accrual‑based accounting experience
- Vendor management and RFP leadership experience
- Experience with packaged software deployments and legacy system integration
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
