Lead Project Management Technology Initiatives
Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who thrives on driving structure, accountability, and delivery across complex environments? Trissential is hiring an IT Project Manager to join our client’s team and lead a high-visibility enterprise initiative focused on forecasting, procurement, and delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on PM who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and owning delivery from planning through execution.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Hands on Project Management for the experience
- Manage and maintain all PMO documentation, processes, and reporting standards
- Develop and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communications
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure financial tracking, forecasting accuracy, and vendor performance management
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of core project management methodologies and PMO processes
- Proven experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and budget management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Vendor management experience within enterprise IT environments
- Exposure to large, matrixed organizations with multiple IT teams
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus

- Competitive Compensation –$64–$74 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
