Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the full suite of Organizational Change Management activities for an active project initiative
- Assess change impacts and develop tailored strategies, adoption plans, and communications
- Partner closely with project leadership, PMs, SMEs, and stakeholders to advance work already underway
- Develop communication plans, training plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Facilitate change readiness assessments and plan mitigation actions
- Deliver change-focused artifacts, status updates, and leadership-facing documentation
- Coach business partners and leaders on change adoption and sustainment
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Leadership, or similar roles
- Proven success leading end-to-end OCM activities for large, complex initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience working onsite with cross-functional teams and business leaders
- Ability to translate project changes into clear, actionable adoption plans
- Comfort working in environments with evolving needs and multiple moving parts
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience delivering change initiatives in corporate, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with change methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or custom frameworks
- Prior work within large enterprise environments or global organizations
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
- PROSCI or equivalent change management certification preferred but not required

- Competitive Compensation – $84–$94 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
