Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Program Delivery Manager, you will oversee and support the capital delivery team while ensuring that project execution aligns with governance, standards, and strategic priorities. You will:
- Lead and support a team of seven project managers across customer, data, and operations portfolios
- Serve as an escalation point and strategic partner to portfolio leadership
- Ensure governance frameworks, ULC standards, and delivery expectations are followed
- Coach and mentor project managers, fostering continuous improvement
- Participate in LEAN activities and champion best practices
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, risks, and timelines
- Oversee project budget alignment, risk mitigation, and progress tracking across portfolios
Skills & Experience You Should Possess

- 10+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years leading people who lead projects
- Experience managing capital projects in the $5M–$10M range
- Proficiency with MS Project
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SPM)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate challenging situations with integrity
Bonus Points If You Have
- Utility or regulatory industry experience
- LEAN experience
- PMP certification (preferred, not required)
Education & Certifications You Need
- No specific degree requirement listed
- PMP certification is considered a plus
