Your Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement customer data governance practices aligned with enterprise policies.
- Partner with SAP implementation teams during blueprinting and design phases to define customer data elements, data structures, and control mechanisms.
- Ensure data architecture supports operational reporting and enterprise analytics needs.
- Identify and document data ownership, stewardship, and governance workflows.
- Work closely with program tower leads, enterprise data governance, system integrators, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between business requirements and data architecture solutions.
- Capture governance processes, definitions, and requirements using Jira and Signavio.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 4–6 years of experience in data architecture, data governance, data warehouse environments, or reporting/analytics ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience establishing or supporting data governance frameworks.
- Experience working within large enterprise programs or transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort operating in evolving, multi-team, complex environments.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting SAP transformations, especially SAP IS-U or other utility-related modules.
- Background in the utilities or energy industry.
- Experience defining data domains, data standards, or data stewardship models.
- Familiarity with reporting ecosystems and data warehousing platforms.
- Knowledge of Signavio, Jira, or similar process and requirements tools.
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience will be considered.

- Competitive Compensation – $72 - $82 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on client requirements, skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
