You’ll play a pivotal role across four major enterprise transformation programs, ensuring resources align smoothly, onboarding feels seamless, and culture-building becomes a shared force across teams. If you’re passionate about operational excellence and creating high-performing, highly engaged environments, this is your kind of challenge.

What’s in It for You?

  • A chance to shape culture, refine onboarding, and influence people engagement
  • A collaborative environment where your voice and ideas directly improve outcomes
  • Hands-on involvement across program operations, change enablement, and resource management
  • The opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders, PMO teams, and change experts
  • Growth opportunities within a transformation-focused portfolio

Your Role & Responsibilities

You will support transformation delivery across four programs by:

  • Managing resource tracking across multiple programs, including dedicated staff and phase-based business participation
  • Monitoring interdependencies, surfacing insights, and preparing clear visualizations for leadership
  • Leveraging resource management tools (commercial or custom) to drive visibility and efficiency
  • Maintaining a unified, cross-program resource capacity view to ensure readiness for training, testing, communications, and engagement activities
  • Partnering with the PMO to align timelines, resourcing, and adoption milestones to support the human side of change
  • Supporting improvements to processes and tools that enhance visibility and proactive planning

Onboarding & Offboarding Leadership

  • Leading and facilitating the onboarding/offboarding experience across programs
  • Managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the cross-program onboarding playbook
  • Delivering presentations to new team members, contractors, and vendor partners to set expectations and shape culture
  • Communicating updates, expectations, and cultural norms consistently

Culture & Engagement Enablement

  • Supporting cultural initiatives aligned with program goals and enterprise transformation principles
  • Helping drive talent engagement activities and cultural shaping efforts
  • Applying Heidrick & Struggles (Senn Delaney) methodologies to reinforce new ways of working
  • Encouraging behaviors that foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 10+ years of experience in transformation support, program coordination, resource management, or organizational change management
  • Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
  • Strong familiarity with resource management tools (specific tools not required)
  • Proven ability to connect people, process, and technology impacts
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, or readiness activities
  • Ability to refine processes, document workflows, and introduce improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Senn Delaney or similar cultural shaping methodologies
  • Background in PMO, enterprise transformation, or change enablement
  • Experience improving cross-team collaboration models
  • Knowledge of project or resource capacity planning tools

Education & Certifications You Need:
