Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for the full digital employee experience modernization
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional communication
  • Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, technology teams, UX/content partners, and external vendors
  • Direct vendor performance related to SLAs, deliverables, contracts, and quality expectations
  • Support Product Owner responsibilities including backlog refinement, gathering requirements, and sprint prioritization
  • Guide cross-functional teams across business, UX, and technical domains to keep milestones on track
  • Provide frequent and clear updates to senior leaders and executive stakeholders\
  • Ensure alignment across business units to support a unified delivery approach

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • At least 8 years of experience leading complex, senior-level project delivery
  • Strong background managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
  • Hands-on experience driving Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or digital workplace initiatives
  • Ability to operate in both Project Manager and Product Owner capacities
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels—from technical teams to executive leadership

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
  • Background in UX design, content strategy, or digital product delivery
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, or related credentials (not required)

Education & Certifications You Need

  • No specific degree requirements—professional experience is valued most
  • Certifications like PMP, CSM, CSPO, or similar are welcome but not required

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $151,000 - $162,000 annually or $82 - $92 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
