Are you a seasoned .NET expert ready to take the lead in building modern, scalable, and impactful applications? Trissential is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join our client’s team and drive development across Power Platform, .NET, cloud-based integrations, and enterprise‑level solutions. This is an opportunity to use your deep technical expertise to influence architecture, mentor developers, and deliver high‑impact applications used across the organization.

What’s in It for You?

  • Technical Leadership – Step into a senior role where your architectural decisions and development best practices will shape how applications are built and maintained.
  • High‑Impact Projects – Work on business‑critical systems including CRM portals, workflow automation, and Power Platform solutions tied to cloud‑based data platforms.
  • Modern Tech Stack – Expand your skillset with Microsoft 365 GCC, Azure SQL, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint integrations, and more.
  • Collaborative Culture – Partner with developers, analysts, and technical leads in a team that values innovation, quality and continuous improvement.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure .NET and Power Platform solutions.
  • Lead the development of a Canvas App for an internal project tracking application.
  • Build Power Automate workflows supporting automation and process optimization.
  • Develop a front‑end customer relationship management (CRM) portal with Active Directory and multiple data integrations.
  • Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SQL Server databases and SharePoint document libraries.
  • Serve as a technical mentor and guide for developers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Partner with technical leadership to refine architecture, improve applications, and define reusable frameworks.

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 15+ years of experience in .NET development, software engineering, or enterprise application development.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven).
  • 3+ years of experience building Power Automate workflows.
  • Experience with .NET, Java, C#, or similar programming languages used to complement Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience building applications that integrate with SQL Server and external data sources via Premium Connectors.
  • Strong background designing scalable application components, custom controls, and integrated systems.
  • Experience leading long-term Power Platform engagements (6+ months).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and business partners.

If you meet most—but not all—the listed requirements, we still encourage you to apply.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  • Background working in Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC).
  • Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, web services, and 3rd‑party integrations.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers or serving as a team lead.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365, Azure services, or advanced SharePoint integrations.

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Microsoft certifications in .NET or Power Platform are beneficial but not required.

What We Offer

At Trissential, we value innovation, leadership, and the expertise you bring. By joining our client’s team, you’ll work in an environment that supports growth, autonomy, and career advancement.
