Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex SAP S/4HANA and PLM projects, including greenfield implementations, upgrades, and integrations with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and executive-level reporting
- Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and achievement of KPIs
- Drive organizational change management to maximize business readiness and solution adoption
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor project teams to achieve high performance
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and PLM initiatives
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, PTC Windchill)
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Strong background in technology infrastructure delivery, especially cloud-based and hybrid solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive reporting skills
- Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, multi-site deployments, and integration with PLM and manufacturing execution systems
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or SAP S/4HANA
- Background in regulated industries (manufacturing, food & beverage, life sciences)
- Expertise in organizational change management and business process reengineering
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- PMP, Agile, SAFe, or SAP S/4HANA certification preferred (or equivalent experience)

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $116,000–$126,000 annually or $90–$110 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
