Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex IT projects across ERP, PLM, manufacturing, supply chain, and infrastructure domains
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk logs, and executive-level reporting
- Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI achievement
- Support organizational change management to ensure business readiness and adoption
- Foster continuous improvement and mentor team members to drive performance
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of Project Management experience in IT, leading enterprise-scale initiatives
- Strong experience with ERP implementations or other large-scale system deployments
- Background in technology infrastructure delivery, especially cloud-based solutions
- Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets effectively
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience delivering commercial software solutions with minimal customization
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with cloud migrations, ERP site deployments, and operations applications (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, warehouse management)
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile
- An understanding of and ability to apply Org Change Management practices
- Background in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, food & beverage, or manufacturing
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred (or equivalent experience)

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $121,000–$141,000 annually or $70–$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
