Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Implement responsive UI components for seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of experience in IT with proven expertise in MERN stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and NestJS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in Insurance Domain projects.

$131,000–$141,000 annually or $70–$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
