Your Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify needs and resolve conflicts
- Conduct impact assessments and support business case development
- Support operational readiness and change management activities
- Assist with testing and deployment support, including creating test scenarios
- Champion PMO best practices and mentor junior analysts
- Participate in solution evaluation and post-implementation reviews
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)
- Experience in change management and operational readiness activities
- Exposure to PMO governance and standardized processes
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Business Analysis certification preferred
