Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project goals and organizational culture
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and build engagement plans to ensure buy-in and adoption
- Create and deliver communication plans, training materials, and readiness assessments
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to embed change into the organization
- Monitor and report on change effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed
- Support large-scale technology implementations and organizational transformations
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives across complex organizations
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with change frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or ADKAR
- Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO up to 3 days per week
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience supporting ERP or large-scale technology implementations
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Background in Lean or Six Sigma environments
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, or related field
- Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci) preferred

$131,800–$151,800 annually or $76–$86 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
