Are you a seasoned Manufacturing Project Manager ready to lead complex equipment installations and drive process improvements across multiple facilities? Trissential is hiring a Manufacturing PM to join our client’s team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a hands-on, business-side role, where your leadership will directly impact production efficiency and operational excellence.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and stabilization of new manufacturing equipment
- Coordinate with vendors (including international), internal teams, and third-party contractors
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Drive process improvement initiatives across facilities
- Identify and mitigate risks related to equipment, supply chain, and production schedules
- Implement best practices in project management and manufacturing operations
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer
- Mentor internal staff and promote PM best practices
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of project management experience in manufacturing environments
- Proven success managing equipment installations and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across all organizational levels, from executives to frontline operators.
- Experience with automated manufacturing technologies
- Ability to challenge existing processes and drive change
Bonus Points If You Have
- PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Experience working across multiple facilities
- Exposure to international vendor coordination
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
