Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for cloud-based software implementations
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Lead and coach junior project managers to ensure consistent service delivery
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and divisions
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to sponsors
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and change management efforts
- Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to governance requirements
- Drive transformation and organizational change management initiatives
- Support continuous improvement within the PMO and stay current on industry trends
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of experience managing multiple IT and business projects
- 2+ years in a lead role collaborating across divisions and organizational levels
- Experience implementing cloud-based software solutions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (2+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (1+ year)
- Proven ability to manage aggressive schedules and complex dependencies
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in public sector or transit-related projects
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in large-scale environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills
Education & Certifications You Need
- High school diploma or GED AND nine (9) years of relevant experience
- OR Associate’s degree (counts as 2 years of experience)
- OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Management, or Project Management (counts as 4 years of experience)
- PMP Certification (required)
- CSM Certification (required)

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $131,000–$141,000 annually or $75–$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
