Your Role & Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the roadmap and workstreams (Azure, M365, Entra ID)
- Lead complex IT programs across teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and reporting
- Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery
- Mentor cross-functional teams to foster growth and high performance
- Ensure organizational change and business readiness for smooth adoption
- Champion continuous improvement across delivery and operations
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, with enterprise-scale programs
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
- Proven success delivering programs on time, within scope, and budget
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and partner management skills
- Familiarity with traditional and SAFe delivery frameworks
- Experience with commercial software package solutions and minimal customizations
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with MS products such as Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile
- Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing)
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer

$150,000–$170,000 annually or $87–$97 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
