Your Role & Responsibilities
- Design high-level and detailed technical solutions that meet business and compliance requirements
- Lead technical implementation across application, database, infrastructure, and security layers
- Ensure alignment with architectural standards and contribute to evolving best practices
- Coordinate deployment activities including hardware, certification, and software rollout
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across solutions and operations
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies
- Ensure all solutions meet regulatory and security compliance standards
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 6+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a distributed enterprise environment
- 3+ years delivering enterprise technical solutions aligned to business goals
- Strong experience with MEAN, LAMP, or Microsoft .NET stacks
- 3+ years of SQL Server and RDBMS experience (Oracle or MS SQL)
- Proven ability to lead full SDLC solution delivery
- Experience architecting end-to-end enterprise solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF or FEAF
- Experience with workflow management tools
- Knowledge of server and network configurations
- Background in the Energy or Utility sector
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus

$154,720–$174,720 annually or $74–$84 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography - Comprehensive Benefits for you and your dependents – Medical, dental, vision, free tele-health, HSA with company contribution, life and disability insurance, and 401k with matching
