Are you ready to lead the launch of a global capability center that embeds readiness and adoption into every transformation? Trissential is hiring an OCM Capability Center Lead to join our client’s team and stand up an enterprise-wide initiative that will shape how change is delivered, measured, and sustained across programs and products.

This is a high-impact hybrid role where you’ll partner with HR, IT, PMO, and program leads to design frameworks, toolkits, and training that drive measurable adoption and readiness outcomes. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and stand up a Capability Center focused on business readiness and adoption
  • Develop and implement frameworks, toolkits, training, coaching models, and metrics
  • Assess current readiness maturity and define roadmap for capability growth
  • Partner with enterprise stakeholders to embed readiness into transformation programs
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, adoption measurement, and change enablement efforts
  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to drive consistency across regions
  • Connect KPIs (adoption, readiness, training, hypercare reduction) to business outcomes
  • Support integration with enterprise tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, HRIS platforms)

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or transformation leadership
  • Proven success building enterprise capabilities (COEs, academies, readiness programs)
  • Strong background in readiness assessment, adoption measurement, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with ability to influence senior leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to connect metrics to business outcomes
  • Experience working across global teams and functions

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prosci or similar OCM certification
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
  • Familiarity with enterprise transformation programs involving HR, IT, and PMO
  • Background in utilities, manufacturing, or supply chain industries

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred
