Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute OCM strategies and plans aligned with project goals
- Lead stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication planning
- Facilitate change readiness assessments and impact analyses
- Design and deliver training and enablement materials
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to ensure success
- Partner with project managers and business leaders to embed change practices
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
- Proven success leading change initiatives in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Familiarity with ERP or large-scale technology implementations
- Background in training development or instructional design
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred
