Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of capital technology projects supporting enterprise and operational functions
- Oversee multiple delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to approved scope
- Define controls and governance to manage program activities and delivery expectations
- Contribute to portfolio budget performance against approved capital plans
- Ensure organizational change management teams understand business impact and readiness
- Support project teams in planning, monitoring, and managing daily activities across the lifecycle
- Manage resources, risks, and issues across projects and workstreams
- Coordinate interdependencies and align deliverables across the program
- Engage stakeholders and drive transparency, accountability, and issue resolution
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 15+ years of project/program management experience with large, complex initiatives
- Proven success managing programs with budgets of $10M or greater
- Experience leading large-scale software implementations across multiple workstreams
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with leadership and delivery partners
- Proven vendor management experience including RFPs, SOWs, financial control, and performance oversight
- Experience managing change for projects impacting 200+ users
- Strong budgeting, resource allocation, and accrual-based accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in enterprise transformation initiatives involving multiple business units
- Background in manufacturing, utilities, or supply chain industries
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
- Prior consulting experience with top-tier firms or large-scale enterprise clients
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
