Lead a $100M+ Transformation with Trissential

Trissential is hiring a Transformation Program Office Leader to join our client’s team. This is a high-visibility role supporting a $100M+ initiative, where you’ll serve as the “right hand” to the Transformation Office, driving planning, execution, and cross-program alignment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Guide the Transformation Program Office across a portfolio of strategic initiatives exceeding $100M
  • Build strong relationships with senior client leadership, program leads, and external system integrators
  • Actively manage risks, dependencies, and sequencing across multiple program streams
  • Drive integrated planning and execution, ensuring cross-program alignment and delivery
  • Facilitate governance and decision-making processes for transparency and accountability
  • Provide hands-on support to program teams, accelerating delivery and resolving issues
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and communication artifacts for executive stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor program managers and team leads to foster ownership and delivery excellence

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 15+ years of experience in program and transformation leadership
  • 5+ years managing programs with budgets exceeding $100M
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with multiple vendors and stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and program sequencing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
  • Experience in matrixed environments with system integrators and cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on approach to delivery with a bias toward action and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with transformation frameworks, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and PMO tools

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or supply chain industries
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
  • Prior consulting experience with top-tier firms or large-scale enterprise clients

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
