Your Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and financials including forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead daily project meetings, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and resolve issues proactively
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, and senior stakeholders
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5–7 years of direct project management experience, plus 5–10 years in PM-adjacent roles (PMO, BA, Test Lead, etc.)
- Proven experience with commercial off-the-shelf software deployment and legacy system integration
- Strong financial management skills including forecasting, actuals, and variance analysis
- Proficiency with project management tools: Microsoft Project, Office 365, Confluence, ServiceNow/SPM
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to run meetings and workshops effectively
- Ability to create engaging executive summaries and visualizations of project data
Bonus Points If You Have
- Accrual-based accounting experience
- Vendor management and RFP experience
- Utility industry experience or background in large enterprise environments
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
