Your Role & Responsibilities
• Serve as Scrum Master for 2–3 CX delivery teams, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Partner with Product Owners to improve backlog quality, prioritization, and value framing
• Coach teams on Agile principles, lightweight metrics, and value-based reporting
• Identify and help resolve impediments, escalating when necessary
• Build team discipline around two-week sprint cadence, commitments, and delivery outcomes
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback in ceremonies and working sessions (“train by doing”)
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to improve transparency and alignment across teams
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach supporting multiple delivery teams
• Strong facilitation and servant-leadership skills
• Ability to coach teams at varying maturity levels in Agile adoption
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with employees, vendors, and IT partners
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bonus Points If You Have
• SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile certification(s)
• Experience coaching in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder landscapes
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
Education & Certifications You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC) are a plus but not required
