Your Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional and non-functional business requirements
- Conduct research and define user stories for enhancement requests
- Partner with product owners to vet and prioritize incoming requests
- Collaborate with developers to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements
- Support ULC governance processes and assist with QA coordination
- Contribute to GIS mapping enhancements and other operations software initiatives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 4–6 years of experience in a large, matrixed corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Proficiency in JIRA and Excel
- Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Self-starter with excellent time management and collaboration skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the Utility sector
- Hands-on experience with GIS systems
- Familiarity with capital project delivery processes
Education & Certifications You Need
- No specific degree required – equivalent experience is welcomed
