Trissential is hiring a SAP CSA Validation Specialist to join our client’s team and lead critical validation efforts across SAP systems. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead validation efforts for SAP modules and related applications, ensuring compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and EU regulations
- Develop, review, and execute validation plans, protocols, and reports for SAP systems
- Conduct risk assessments and propose corrective actions to mitigate compliance and operational risks
- Collaborate with IT, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to align validation activities with project and regulatory requirements
- Manage change control processes and ensure validated state is maintained through accurate documentation
- Provide training and support to internal teams on CSV/CSA best practices and SAP validation lifecycle
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of experience in Computer Systems Validation (CSV/CSA), with a strong focus on SAP systems
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, configuration, and customization
- Experience with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory frameworks
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with validation lifecycle processes
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory inspections
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP GRC modules
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- CSV/CSA or SAP-related certifications are a plus
