Are you a seasoned Scrum Master who thrives on collaboration, agility, and driving transformation? Trissential is hiring a Scrum Master to join our client’s AMI Meter Data team, where you'll lead Agile practices and help shape the future of data services for customer and distribution teams. This is a high-impact role focused on soft skills, team empowerment, and Agile excellence—not deep technical expertise.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Support the team in removing blockers and impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Maintain Agile hygiene in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery
- Champion Agile values and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Participate in organizational Agile expansion and transformation initiatives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments
- Proven leadership in Agile implementation and team coaching
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to break down silos and foster team unity
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with the ability to flex and pivot
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align)
- Experience with ServiceNow (nice to have)
- Ability to differentiate between Scrum Master and Project Manager mindsets
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in organizational Agile expansion beyond team-level practices
- Background in project or program management with a successful transition into Scrum Mastery
- Exposure to utility or data services industries (not required)
- Participation in Agile transformation initiatives or lean process optimization
Education & Certifications You Need
- Scrum Master certification (type not specified – must show proficiency in Scrum principles)
- No formal degree requirement – experience is valued over education
