Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers across multiple projects with scheduling, budgeting, purchasing requests, and tracking
- Generate and analyze SAP reports to track monthly actuals and maintain budgets throughout the year
- Assist in identifying accruals or reclassifications and provide variance explanations for monthly budgets
- Maintain project documentation, update project plans, and facilitate collaborative data storage
- Help prepare status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination with a strong finance background
- Proficiency in SAP for reporting and financial tracking
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage month-to-month budgets, forecasts, accruals, and purchasing requests
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization
- Exposure to IT projects or environments
- Experience supporting projects with budgets over $40 million
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- No specific certifications required, but PMP or CAPM is a plus
