Are you a seasoned change management professional who thrives on driving customer success and operational excellence? Trissential is hiring an OCM Leader to join our client’s team and lead the deployment of a unified customer experience. This is a high-impact, fully remote role where you’ll be the face of transformation—managing onboarding, customer communications, and internal coordination to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment management of the Unified Experience to customers
  • Manage onboarding funnels and customer outreach strategies
  • Provide analytics support using Excel and Power BI to track customer statistics and funnel performance
  • Own customer communication—both high-touch (meetings) and low-touch (emails/forms)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during hypercare periods
  • Lead and manage customer VOC (Voice of Customer) calls and feedback loops
  • Create and distribute weekly onboarding newsletters
  • Support internal onboarding activities and provide project management assistance

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years of experience in change management, customer success, or deployment leadership
  • Strong customer focus and ability to translate feedback into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI for analytics
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Project management mindset with proven ability to manage multiple deployments

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with onboarding automation tools or customer success platforms
  • Background in enterprise-level change management initiatives

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
  • PMP or Prosci Change Management certification is a plus
