Lead Operational Excellence with Trissential

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage manufacturing or supply chain operations projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across departments
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across business units
- Support cultural transformation initiatives embedded in the client’s operations
- Travel as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations project management
- Proven success leading complex, multi-site operational initiatives
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and operational KPIs
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, food production, aerospace)
- PMP or Six Sigma certification
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Agile methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- PMP certification preferred
