Are you a configuration expert in UKG Pro WFM or another leading cloud-based HCM/WFM platform? Trissential is hiring a Configuration Analyst to join our client’s transformation team. You’ll support high-impact configuration work across timekeeping, absence, and advanced scheduling modules—starting with a focus on advanced scheduling build.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Configure UKG Pro WFM modules for timekeeping, absence, and advanced scheduling
- Support ongoing configuration work exceeding current capacity, with initial focus on advanced scheduling build
- Analyze and optimize business processes using digital standards and technology
- Provide functional expertise on OAST software applications
- Validate system changes to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, business, and technical stakeholders
- Manage small to mid-sized projects and contribute to software testing activities
- Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, job aids, and training materials
- May provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 4+ years of experience configuring UKG Pro WFMor other cloud-based HCM/WFM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce)
- Strong customer-service orientation and responsiveness
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Experience in systems analysis, design, and software testing
- Familiarity with administrative systems in HR, Finance, or Healthcare
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous experience in healthcare environments
- Knowledge of project management and process engineering
- Experience with data management and analysis
- Familiarity with supply chain or scheduling systems
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Vendor application certification in UKG Pro WFM or other HCM/WFM platforms
