Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex IT programs, coordinating across teams, vendors, stakeholders, and timelines
- Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting
- Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster professional growth and high performance
- Lead Continuous Improvement by example
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, especially in enterprise‑scale programs
- Strong ERP systems experience is required, with SAP as a plus
- Proven track record of delivering tech programs on time, within scope, and on budget
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with delivery frameworks (PMP, Agile, SAFe, hybrid methodologies)
- Proven success delivering commercial software package solutions that integrate well with the surrounding applications and require minimal customizations
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with site ERP deployments, operations applications (manufacturing warehouse management, logistics, facilities management) and technology infrastructure deployments
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile
- Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing)
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- PMP, Agile or SAFe certification or equivalent preferred, though equivalent experience is equally valued
