Are you a systems analyst who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and supporting mission-critical healthcare applications? Trissential is hiring an Application Support Analyst to join our client’s Image Management Systems unit. You’ll be responsible for triaging and resolving ServiceNow tickets, maintaining application functionality, and collaborating virtually with technical teams across multiple sites. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets related to supported applications
  • Evaluate alternative technical approaches and present recommendations to leadership
  • Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications across client sites
  • Produce and maintain documentation including system requirements, designs, and resource inventories
  • Collaborate virtually with colleagues across departments and client practices
  • Interface with vendor support teams to ensure proper escalation during outages
  • Provide technical leadership and act as a liaison to client departments and vendors
  • May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • Proven experience in systems analysis and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and ability to represent unit standards
  • Experience working directly with customers in a technical support capacity
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex tasks
  • Exposure to both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications
  • Familiarity with system design principles and software development methodologies
  • Healthcare IT experience highly desired

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience supporting applications within a healthcare environment
  • Project management experience and ability to lead initiatives
  • Strong documentation and meeting management skills

Education & Certifications You Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience)
    OR
  • Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience)

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
