Your Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with the product owner, data analysts, and cloud developers to deliver a scalable data lakehouse
- Document business and technical requirements, data mapping, and reporting needs
- Create and maintain a data dictionary and capture data rules
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and solutioning sessions with diplomacy and clarity
- Support knowledge transfer and transition to internal client staff
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of experience in IT business analysis or liaison roles
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- High degree of diplomacy and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions
- Experience with data modeling and data governance
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and Scrum facilitation
- Excellent presentation planning and communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working on enterprise data projects
- Familiarity with cloud-based data lakehouse architecture (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Background in data analytics or reporting platforms
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Scrum Master certification preferred
