Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead medium to high complexity infrastructure projects across networks, cloud, data centers, and endpoints
- Manage project budgets up to $1M (and support programs up to $30M)
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and coaching
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage sprints, track progress, and report metrics
- Develop work breakdown structures, schedules, and risk mitigation plans
- Conduct RFPs and vendor selection processes
- Communicate project status and data metrics to executive leadership and project teams
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 7+ years of experience managing IT projects (or 4+ years with a Master’s degree)
- Strong experience in both Agile Scrum and traditional waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile ceremonies
- Experience in infrastructure domains: networks, endpoints, servers, cloud, data centers
- Background in 24x7 hospital or healthcare environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Experience leading teams of 10–20 and managing budgets up to $30M
Bonus Points If You Have
- Agile certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe
- ProSCI or other change management certifications
- Experience with Power BI or Excel for data analysis
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and architectural design
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- OR Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe) required
- ProSCI certification is a plus
