Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of OCM strategies for large-scale IT initiatives
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement
- Design and implement communication, training, and adoption plans
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations
- Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Coach leaders and managers to support change efforts across the organization
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, specifically within IT or digital transformation projects
- Proven ability to lead change in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with change frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like Workday, VNDLY, or similar platforms
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prosci or other OCM certification
- Experience working with utility or energy sector clients
- Exposure to Agile or SAFe environments
- Background in training development or instructional design
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred
