Trissential is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our client’s team and lead the charge in optimizing and scaling their Salesforce ecosystem. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Design, configure, and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Monitor system usage and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the platform
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data architecture
- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Background in Agile environments or experience working with development teams
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
