Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets
- Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across business and technical teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program goals are met
- Track and report on program performance, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Continuously improve program delivery processes and methodologies
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology-driven environment
- Proven success managing complex, enterprise-level programs with multiple workstreams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in consulting or working with external clients
- Background in software development, cloud transformation, or digital modernization
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus
