Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex IT programs, coordinating across teams, vendors, stakeholders, and timelines
- Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting
- Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster professional growth and high performance
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, especially in enterprise‑scale programs
- Proven track record of delivering tech programs on time, within scope, and on budget
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with PM frameworks (PMP, Agile, hybrid methodologies)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with cloud migrations, ERP, digital transformation, or DevOps programs
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile
- Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, manufacturing)
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred, though equivalent experience considered
