Your Role & Responsibilities
- Apply structured change methodology to develop and execute change plans
- Lead stakeholder communications, impact assessments, and readiness planning
- Design, develop, and deliver training to build organizational capabilities
- Drive leadership alignment and engagement throughout the change journey
- Manage change activities across multiple external implementation partners
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years in change leadership roles, ideally within ERP/technical implementations
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Experience delivering change in ambiguous, fast-paced, and global contexts
- Proficient in change readiness assessments, impact analysis, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prior functional or regional change lead experience on ERP programs
- Experience working across diverse cultural environments
- Hands-on with knowledge management systems or e‑learning platforms
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM) are beneficial but not required
