Location: Hybrid (Milwaukee, WI – 3 days onsite)

Are you a confident, globally minded change management professional ready to lead large-scale ERP transformations? Trissential is hiring an Organizational Change Leader to join our client’s team and drive adoption, engagement, and success in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Apply structured change methodology to develop and execute change plans
  • Lead stakeholder communications, impact assessments, and readiness planning
  • Design, develop, and deliver training to build organizational capabilities
  • Drive leadership alignment and engagement throughout the change journey
  • Manage change activities across multiple external implementation partners

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years in change leadership roles, ideally within ERP/technical implementations
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience delivering change in ambiguous, fast-paced, and global contexts
  • Proficient in change readiness assessments, impact analysis, and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior functional or regional change lead experience on ERP programs
  • Experience working across diverse cultural environments
  • Hands-on with knowledge management systems or e‑learning platforms

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM) are beneficial but not required
