Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discovery of current PLM and PDM systems (Oracle Agile PLM, SolidWorks PDM)
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and document current workflows, pain points, and system architecture
- Analyze system performance, scalability, and customizations to identify inefficiencies
- Define functional and technical requirements for next-generation PLM/PDM systems
- Develop detailed technology roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and integration plans
- Align ERP, SRM, and CAD tools (NX, CATIA) into cohesive design-to-order workflows
- Manage deliverables including Current State Assessment, Future State Requirements, and Risk Reports
- Support change management, training strategies, and user adoption initiatives
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align systems with business goals
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of experience in PLM strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise integration
- Expertise with Siemens Teamcenter (Enterprise and Unified), including global rollout and customization
- Deep understanding of Engineering Change Management, CAD data exchange, and SRM/ERP integration
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing system migration projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Background in automotive, manufacturing, or high-tech industries
- Experience with Oracle Agile PLM and SolidWorks PDM environments
- Familiarity with visualization tools (JT Viewer, Teamcenter Viz) and GlobalX for supplier data exchange
- Post-M&A integration and onboarding experience
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in PLM tools or enterprise architecture methodologies are a plus
