Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and scripts for validating PLM data migrations
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Stakeholders to ensure clean, validated data throughout the process
- Perform data integrity checks and audits across systems to ensure accurate migration
- Report and track defects, offering data-driven insights to aid in resolution
- Support UAT and coordinate test activities with cross-functional teams
- Continuously improve QA processes and recommend automation where applicable
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles, with a focus on PLM systems and data migration projects
- Strong experience validating large-scale data sets and transformations
- Familiarity with PLM platforms (such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL and other data validation tools
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in scripting or test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Python)
- Knowledge of ERP systems integration during PLM migrations
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- ISTQB or other QA certifications are a plus
