Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce and A3 implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on enterprise systems such as Salesforce and A3
- Strong track record leading large, complex IT or business transformation projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)
- Ability to navigate and resolve cross-functional challenges in fast-paced environments
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience managing hybrid teams (on-site and remote)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- PMP, CSM, or related project management certification preferred
