Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver tailored PLM solutions
- Develop architecture strategies and roadmaps for PLM platforms
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teams and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of PLM systems with enterprise digital transformation goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level system issues and configuration challenges
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 15+ years of deep, hands-on experience in PLM systems and implementation strategies
- Expertise with major PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or Siemens NX
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle processes in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Ability to drive system integration with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a consultative mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, medical devices, or automotive
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital thread strategies
- Expertise in data migration or legacy PLM system transformation
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Certifications in PLM tools or enterprise architecture frameworks are a plus
