Your Role & Responsibilities
- Independently lead the OCM workstream for a global Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiative
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments across cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement tailored communication and training strategies aligned with project goals
- Serve as a strategic advisor for executive communications and change leadership
- Quickly integrate with project teams to align OCM efforts with milestones and deliverables
- Refine and apply existing OCM frameworks to suit the specific needs of a global rollout
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of advanced experience delivering both strategic and tactical OCM in complex environments
- Proven ability to lead high-impact change initiatives in matrixed, global organizations
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, training development, and executive communications
- Experience working on Procurement or Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation projects
- Ability to adapt quickly and lead without heavy oversight in fast-paced environments
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Basic working knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems
- Global rollout experience with ERP or enterprise applications
- Certification in Prosci or another recognized OCM methodology
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Advanced certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred
