Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Configure system interfaces and data points to enterprise systems such as OSI PI, APIs, and ESB
  • Participate in weekly team and project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in building/modifying HMI screens and managing SCADA databases
  • Collaborate with the Transmission Group, Commercial Operations, and IT support teams
  • Follow NERC-CIP compliance and use change management tools like ServiceNow

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 3–5 years of experience in EMS/SCADA environments, ideally with platforms like XA-21
  • Familiarity with ICCP, RTU configurations, and real-time data systems
  • Basic scripting/programming experience (eg, Python, PowerShell, VB, or Linux shell scripting)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to support real-time operations
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Exposure to NERC-CIP compliance and change management processes

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with AGC/GDC, TSM, or SOE/Alarm management
  • Hands-on with OSIsoft PI or other data historian tools
