PLM Training Specialist with a Focus on PTC Windchill

Trissential is seeking a PLM Training Specialist with a focus on PTC Windchill to join our client team in a remote role, supporting a team based on Oshkosh, WI, with travel opportunities as needed. In this position, you’ll use your expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PTC Windchill, and integrations with tools like SolidWorks and NX to empower professionals through engaging, hands-on training. Your ability to simplify complex systems and create customized learning experiences will enable teams to excel and innovate. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on PLM systems, emphasizing PTC Windchill and its integration with SolidWorks and NX
• Design user-friendly materials, including guides, manuals, and online resources
• Facilitate interactive workshops and hands-on training sessions for diverse groups
• Assess and adapt training content to address specific team needs and learning objectives
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and expertise to PTC Windchill users
• Stay informed on advancements in PLM technologies, particularly PTC Windchill, SolidWorks, and NX
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote seamless system integration and effective adoption

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience with PTC Windchill, SolidWorks, and NX integration
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage and inspire learners
• U.S. person status required due to ITAR regulations

• Strong expertise in PTC Windchill and related PLM tools
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for a range of audiences
• Proficiency in creating engaging training materials

• Certification in PTC Windchill or other PLM software
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry
• Knowledge of additional CAD or PLM tools

• Strong experience with PLM systems and delivering training programs

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $112000 to $117000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
